It is impossible to be successful at betting NBA games, Im 100% sure that there is only very few here that hit these games at over 60%, and most are far below that. The problem with betting these games is NOT that the games are fixed, the problem is that these players just dont give a shit. They get paid the same win or lose. Some nights they'll try and earn their money and other nights they'll just show up shoot some hoops and collect the paycheck. The main problem is guaranteed contracts, and until or if ever that changes it will be impossible for any gambler pro or not to steadly win in this league. The only way to win is if you have some kind of inside info from these teams, otherwise you'll never know which Laker/Net/Spur/Jazz or any other team is gonna show up any given night.

it's a tough sport to cap tomek no doubt. I have thought to stop myself and have taken a break from time to time but you can pull out a profit in this sport, it's just a MAJOR GRIND.

i don't know anyone who has bet the NBA teams and done well. I knowa guy who bets only totals in the NBA and wins quite often. He says the totals are a lot weaker..
Sure looks like ****** has a good thing going. followed him on the last few and done well... I have tried to stay away from the straight up NBA though.. Too Ifyyyyy Josh

I only bet the 1st quarter. Ive noticed that the way i cap a game is usually only right in the 1st quarter, after that shit goes whack

That maybe the thrick. stick to half time bets or totals. It does seem when there is movement in the totals it seems to fall the way it is moving. It doesn't seem right that a team is up 25 at half and the game goes into overtime WTF..

The NBA is tough! A few years ago I was a 65% winner, but the last couple of years have been closer to break-even at 53-54%. The biggest thing I see is the quality of the game has diminished. Teams give away 10-15pts a night on poor play and this happens before the 4th quarter. Occasionally you'll see a few good trends like the public giving too much weight to home court. This is my favorite sport, but it's damn hard to win!

I may go to just hal bets. Just like tonight , I played NY +1- for the game but should have played them in first half and I would have had a winner, now watch clippers come out like a bunch of wild men a make me a loser.. I have seen it more times than I want to. Hope i am wrong.

I tend to agree with the 1st quarter thing to an extent...but there are still many variables that come into play there as well....The simple fact is, you cannot just look at records, and stats with the NBA, you have to go way beyond that into stuff like team personalities, motive, location (because they like to party) Time of the game etc...It's like capping kids with millions of dollars
 ......Those things I look at more than stats....
