Game 2 GOY

Lakers +1

Opening line for Game 1 was Celtics -3. Celtics win game 1 by 10. Game 2's opening line is Celtics -1. This makes absolutely no sense. Vegas is begging for Boston money and they are getting it with 66% of the public on them. I love this spot.

FYI, I rarely bet the NBA unless I am sure, much less this big.

the spreads have mattered very little in the playoffs this year. whichever way the game went would determine the line....celts win it's lower because now the lakers need it...celts lose the line goes up because the celts need it.

i'm not sure you should read much further into the numbers. the books want equal action and they probably can get it from lakers fans whether the line is +1, +2, +3, or even -1 or -2.

NOT betting is the hardest thing to do but, that is my suggestion for the next game. because if the celts win, you know what is coming in LA -- a win and cover, even though the line will prob be -8! If the celts lose, wait again for game 4. just a few thoughts anyway

Celtics win game 2 as they have lost 1 game at home in the playoffs. And they out rebounded the Lakers bad last night and they will do it again at home!

Jazz also out-rebounded the Lakers by 17 game 1 of that series, we all know how that series turned out.

I dont know about the line argument...

I think you are overlooking the fact that this could be a double triple reverse line trap set by the books on lakers series prices. gl

Game 1, Celtics fav by 3 and won by 10 and why game 2 they are only favor by 1 point? The reason the lines drop are due to Paul Pierce Knee issue. He's not at and won't be 100% for game 2 on Sunday....

The line Moves in this game have been strange. With that being said I think the line has moved more because of the public rather then the smart money.
