Bynum was hobbled for most of Game 4 and the Celtics barely won.....they shot a ridiculous percentage, got every offensive board, and were allowed to be very physical in Game 5 and still won small......I would assume the same crew from tonight will do Game 6 and that is why the small Laker victory, and they will not allow the Celtics to abuse and beat up the Lakers in 7 which would be the blowout.......

you might be right, only thing im sure of is this goes 7 games

Bynum is the key for the Lakers, and as you said the style of play the refs allow

If i remember correctly the first 2 games in a la the line was at least 7 or higher. sportsbooks obviously know this is a must win game for a la and yet the line opened slightly lower than before. I see c's bringing their best effort this game. La would be to tough at home in a game 7 situation.

Game 1 opened at 6 and closed at 5.5

Game 2 opened at 5.5 and went to 6

So 6.5 is the highest its been

the lakers have lost 1 home game all year and it took ray allen breaking records and them not scoring for 5 min in the 4th. I like their chances...game 6 will be a repeat of game 1 imo

the books are in the best possible position when they get the public to believe the underdog is much better than it is

Lakers are moving up and possibly going to be -7 at game time. Boston backers drooling at getting 7 with a team they believe is better, and many will take a flyer on the ML.

Lakers backers will be weary of that big a spread and will flock to the ML. That is why the line is so high...the books know LA wins this game for sure and they want the ML to pay as poorly as possible.

They will get a balance on the spread no matter how high or low it goes, they are concerned with the ML and want to minimize their exposure on LA

LA winning the next game is as sure a bet as you can get, but covering is questionable
