Historically it is right around 80% of the time that the home team wins game 7 in a series, I believe that though is for all levels of playoffs

Historical Game 7 results (since 1976 ABA merger) of NBA Finals only:
1978: Wash 105 Seattle 99 MOV = 6
1984: Boston 111 LA 102 MOV = 9
1988: LA 108 Detroit 105 MOV = 3
1994: Hoston 90 NYK 84 MOV = 6
2005: San Antonio 81 Detroit 74 MOV = 7

Regardless of the outcome of the game it will be a lot of fun to see 2 very good teams battle it out. Both are deserving.

interesting... this seems to go against what you thought was the case on the "ref assignments" thread... all single digit games...

5 is a really small sample size for a 430+ year period, though... can't read too much into that...
