Garnett out again tonight

MIAMI -- Boston Celtics center Kevin Garnett will miss the game against the Miami Heat on Tuesday because of a strained abdominal muscle, the second straight game he will miss because of the injury.


Garnett won't dress for the game against Miami, coach Doc Rivers said after the morning shootaround.
"He always wants to play, which is good," Rivers said. "But he understands it's the right thing for the team."

Garnett, the Celtics' second-leading scorer (19.2) and leading rebounder (9.9), sat out the 96-93 loss in Orlando on Sunday.

I had already hit Orlando BEFORE it was announced, so was happy to be in at +2.5

I Mentioned it Sunday, on the C's broadcast they said they may be extra careful with their huge lead in the East and the AS break upcoming, so they may rest him a couple weeks. Just mentioning what they said....

i heard f--k all...knew he left the game against minnesota but he returned and finished the game strong so i figured he would play @ orlando...they still almost pulled it off without him
