Gift or Trap!!!

OK all you line reading experts the Utah Jazz are only -1.5 to the Lakers today and this falls into the classic Trap play, wanting you to take the Jazz or you play the Lakers who most people are picking today.
The Jazz were -5 the last game at home and have the best home record in the NBA, but did lose to the Rockets at home in the 1st series. As I remember they also lost to the LAKERS at home during the regular season.
The Home teams have been gold during the playoffs so far so should we take the gift or the mighty lakers for the upset.
Betting wise everybody was on Orlando yesterday and you saw what that got you, although they were at home. It seems most of the bettors are on the Lakers today.
I myself living in Utah first pick was with the Lakers but if Too many services or regular bettors are on the Lakers like Orlando yesterday I might change my mind.
Am I over thinking this or does the books want us to take the home team for easy money?
Opinion's are welcomed!!!

i had utah last 2 games and couldnt hit a 3 at buzzer for push and then pushed when utah couldnt hit free throws so they burned me twice so if i switch to lakers im doomed and utah prob cover, but i did think lakers would win this game after game 3 ended however line drop and alot of bettors on lakers thinkin they better and get it done might be the trap...what ur sayin so true askin for public to take some utah money w. how good they are at home only have to cover 1.5 i dont think its trap either way i guess line is a little low books prob do want jazz money its a tough call no real trap tho IMO

This game is a tough call. I have to go with the Lakers at this point. Utah game 3 but the Lakers fell apart at the end of the game jacking up 3 pointers...

It is the NBA. Anything can happen. We alrady know that the NBA will do everything possible to insure a Celtic-Laker final, so I would be cautious wagering in any game. Hoops is by far the most crooked of the major sports.

blah blah blah blah..this excuse or theory always comes up every playoff year. Last year most claimed that the spurs wouldnt make it bc of their boring style and that would hurt ratings but yet others claimed the nba fixed the spurs/suns series to let spurs win. Every joe has a conspiracy theory and will do anything to make it fit. Until you have any proof of this, its always speculation...
