What is your "bad" experience you lost money? Never had issues with The Greek and due to your lack of details I cant imagine that your problems are that severe

Their customer service reps have the lousiest attitudes I've encountered in the off-shore game. Not helpful at all. They seem bothered that they have to work or something.
