I think the over getting there was suspect. When you get out rebounded by 20, shoot 15 less free throws, give up over 100 points, and don't play D, you won't win often. Cavs deserved to win this one...

knicks don't know what defense is and when amare and carmelo takes more than half the shots... well.. it's hit or miss. 0-2 ATS thus far with carmelo. so what has changed?

Its very true that the Knick team will need to play defense if they expect to play with teams like the Celtics, Heat, Lakers, Spurs etc. As for losing to Cleveland and other dregs of the NBA, it is going to happen especially now. Heck, the first game this team played together was in the Garden on Wednesday night and their lucky they got a W. They first have to learn to play together, learn each others tendencies etc. The Knicks will beat the mediocre teams as they learn to play together. If you don't believe that go back and look at Miami's first 20-25 games this year. They were a .500 team and they had a preseason. As for the top clubs, the Knicks will not beat them esp in a series unless they play defense.
