I always here people say "can you believe those Vegas people are so dead on"...........I never hear that when a 2 point favorite wins by 30 or when a 10 point dog wins by 20. Obviously there are going to be games where the "Bookmaker" is dead on, like this NBA O/U. How about that Super Bowl? Books were dead WRONG.

You're right. It just seems more dramatic when games come down to winning or losing by the hook, etc. They are no doubt dead wrong from time to time.
