they made the trade to clear cap room to make a run at lebron

lotta teams are eyeing that

they figured he'd perform better then he has of course, but that was secondary motive

I thought Detroit was one of the few teams saying they weren't waiting until 2010 to spend. I think they honestly thought this would help their team and they underestimated how much they would miss Billips

lebron would actually be a heartless individual if he left cleveland. cleveland will match any offer, maybe slightly less hometown discount.

is playing in new york going to get lebron more money? i think we all know who lebron is by now, hes even been on 60 minutes for the 55+ crowd
