sure is easier to play defense when you can foul guys and not let them shoot fts. amazing how one can go from 60% to 30% in the blink of an eye...i guess the spurs just "remembered" how to play defense aka the refs just "remembered" to put their whistles away when phoenix had the ball

dude is it always an excuse with you? they scored 11 points in the 3rd quarter. no excuse for that, ever. they blew it. 22 fouls to 19. exactly what do these refs stand to gain by putting the Spurs up 2-0 in the series?

anybody watching these first 2 games knows the refs have been on SA's side...lol Amare goes for 25 in the first have and amazingly every time he goes to the rack he gets knocked around with no calls. I'm all for physical play...but the fact that they aren't consistent for both teams is complete bullshit

still wondering what the refs stand to gain by calling the game the spurs way? did they forget to "fix" the game in the 1st half?

must have...cuz in game 1 they had all 3 phoenix bigs in foul trouble by the end of the first quarter. goes back to last year when the league handicapped them with that ridiculous rule and allowed a bush league play by horry to benefit their team

I mean game 1. Same story. Suns 30 FTs, Spurs 23. Spurs 30 fouls, Suns 27. Don't remember a games worth of hack-a-shaq then but I'm sure I'm wrong. Suns can't play for 4 quarters, period. Scoring 11 points in the 3rd proved it.

lol again. more FTs in both games thus far in the series for the road team. a rarity in the NBA, especially the playoffs. defending champs gonna get more calls, home team gonna get more calls, its the NBA. refs arent fixing the series, suns blew it, spurs more complete team.
