Phil Jackson is not a very good coach, IMHO. Odom and KBrown are 2 players who could be very good, but they are mediocre because Jackson doesn't know how to coach these guys.

Kwame and Odom sucking has nothing to do with Phil Jackson. Im sorry but Odom has been in the league awhile and he should know how to play by now has nothing to do with how he coaches him its because he think shes a point guard when hes 6'11". And kwame brown sucks because hes a btch. An nba coach takes far to much blame and gets far to much credit. Once players are on the court they can only make their own decisions, the only thing i would change is when jackson keeps players in for exnteded periods of time even when there struggling

I personaly think phil is a good coach...If all of his players would execute they way they are supposed to im sure you would think differently. kwame and lamar are 2 very inconsistent players who cant excell under the pressure they have here in LA...players like farmar, turiaf, and bynum have bought into phils system and have thrived
