Memphis at Minnesota
The Timberwolves have lost nine straight home games and are 2-12 at home on the year yet they are favored here. Sure, Memphis is just 2-12 on the season away from home but they are 5-2 ATS vs. the T-Wolves the past three seasons including 3-0 ATS here in Minnesota. These teams are pretty evenly matched but the Grizz actually have the better defense which gives them the edge in this one. Last game Minnesota allowed 118 points to Orlando and the Wolves are just 30-47 ATS the past three seasons after allowing 105+ points in their last game. The better team with the better defense is getting points here and they will smell a rare road victory and play hard to get it. Wiz's call:Memphis+2 Phoenix at Oklahoma City The Thunder have been a solid play this year as a big road dog, posting a 12-4 ATS mark on the road. But at home they are just 5-9 ATS. They give up 100 ppg here at home so how are they going to stay anywhere near a Suns team that is averaging 103 ppg on the season and 108 per game over their last five? Sure, the Suns defense is bad, allowing opponents to average about 3.5 ppg higher than their normal average. But the Oklahoma City offense is so pathetic that it won't matter. Maybe the Thunder score 95 in this one, but Phoenix should get 110 or more. I like the Suns in a blowout. Wiz's call:Phoenix-9.5 added:Toronto-1.5
