LJ is on a whole other level than anyone right now

Dirk is great but Dirk is not even close IMO at the Level LJ is playing at right now. LJ has continued to make shot after shot to dominate the Bulls and Celtics basically by himself in the final minutes, which reminds me of MJ in the since that this is happening at the end of the games. I know Dirk is making Key shots as well but IMO it's not even close between the 2. LJ is on a mission and having D-Wade who can play like $hit the past 3 games, which is unheard of for him dominated in the end as well when it counts. No way Dallas can stop this Freight train. Should be a great series but no chance Dallas will beat this Heat team in 7.

Dallas has improved their defense from the past but the Heat have played the best defenses in the league already and will have a lot easier time and Dallas hasn't played a defense even close to what Miami brings to the table. At the end of the day Miami is to athletic and plays wayy better defense and all know Defense wins Rings.

WOW are you kidding me about Dirk?

Have you not watched him carry this team on his back in tough situations all postseason?

I bet you havent even watched the Mavs this postseason, which is fine, but theres not way you can downplay Dirk.

The fact he he has been better than Lebron in this postseason.

Dirk has been more than impressive and he will be tough to stop. The one thing he will have to overcome is defense, something the Thunder, Lakers and Blazers don't bring half of what the Heat brings.

But Dirk will get his

Barreia and Kidd scare me. Heat have to limit those guys, let Dirk get his and don't let Marion beat you with those easy 2nd chance points. Oh and Terry needs to be stopped too

This is going to be a fun series

If LeBron guards Dirk, he will have a tough time. Anyone else is going to get abused and that includes the "Dirk Stoppoer 2006" Haslem.

The Mavs need 2 things to help win this series.

1. Tyson Chandler must be a focal point offensively. Not necessarily featured, but a consistent option.

2. Peja and Terry must be lights out from 3PT land. They are going to get a lot of looks and they better knock them down at a 40% or higher rate, if not more. They are going to get a lot of looks from Dirk passing out of a double team or even Barea/Marion penetrating and kicking it out when the defense converges.

Im worried about the Mavs defensively with the three douches though. If the phantom pussy fouls start getting called this series when they are taking it to the rim, then forget about it.

one down, eleven to go. lol

I think he will see a healthy dose of Haslem but don't forget he plays reserve minutes now so he's going to see everyone.

Give me a break about Dirk. This guy has been unstoppable these playoffs. I do not even know why I am wasting my time responsing to this homer post! LJ has been great, no need to compare to Dirk. BE is right, looks like you are trying to convince yourself.

Oh LJ was great in the 4th last night but so was Wade. Both had bad games until that 4th, where BOTH of them turned it on. Not just Lebron.

Nevermind Bosh being a beast this series as well. He plays like that against Dallas and the Mavs could be in trouble. Dude was money with his jumper.

I don't have to convince myself. Dirk is a great player no denying it but he is a 1 dimensional soft player. LJ is killing it in all aspects of the game. Points, RBs, Steals, and Blocks at the most important times and guarding guys that are unguardable and shutting them down. Just ask Rose.

Dude you have NOT watch the Mavs once in the playoffs, especially if you call Dirk soft and one dimensional.

He will drain a 3 in your face, a mid range jumper, or take it to the hoop and he has done it all post season.

Learn to watch the game before you coming piping in on your Heat bandwagon talking about stuff you heard 4 years ago.

I watched the entire series my friend. I love how sensitive some of you get. Yes Dirk is a soft player and if you think otherwise than I'm starting to think you haven't watched any of the series. I have never seen a shooter of his caliper at 7 ft, It's pretty crazy. He plays zero defense and is very easy to drive on considering his height when he is down low in the post. Westbrook and Harden were in the lanes pretty much when ever they wanted. Not questioning his offense and I'm looking forward to seeing how LJ plays him on defense when Coach switches it up.

Dirk has stepped up big this year in the playoffs. It's about time. In 2006 the Heat ran off 4 in a row on big bad Dallas. This is also the same Dallas team that has been axed from the playoffs in the 1st round 3 out of the last 4 years. Great run this year but all runs come to an end, which will be at the hands of the Heat again. The best part is this will be the worst Heat team every one will see in the next 4-5 years at least and they will still end up winning it this year.

Whodi what are you going to do when there is no NBA next year? I appreciate your loyalty to your team but you have zero objectivity when it comes to other teams and players. Not to mention this dynasty for the Heat is three guys that decided to play together because they could not win a title on their own.

What am I going to do? LOL. I live in Ft. Lauderdale right next to the beach bro. I have plenty to do without basketball, nor does my life revolve around it. My life as a single father revolves around taking care of my kids. Last time I checked Wade had a ring already and carried the entire team on his back. Not sure who you're team is but I'm sure you would be singing a different tune if you had a trio like this.

What I find funny is in today's sports world you see nothing but athletics with the biggest ego's and do nothing but bitch and complain and currently you have 3 guys that put their ego's aside in pursuit of 1 common goal, which is to win championships. Last time I checked that's what it's all about. The same guys who didn't wan't to see Haslem go and took a pay cut, so Haslem could get paid as deserved. Is it Lebron's fault the Owner didn't surround him with better talent knowing you have the best player in the world just hitting his prime and he still took them to the finals with that pathetic roster.

What would you do if you had the opportunity to play on the same team as one of your best friends knowing you can dominate a sport. Are you going to worry about what everyone else thinks or make the decision that is best for yourself. Don't hate on these guys for making a genius decision.

Have a good night fellas. Will post my plays on Tuesday before heading down to the AAA. Have a good weekend and be safe.
