Wow, I just seen the box score on this game. Denver just went on a rampage.
Anyone have any idea if that score by Denver set any record for a reg. season NBA game?

i dont think so...the old denver teams with doug moe at the helm and alex english on the team were a high scoring machine like that on a regular basis...i think a game between them and maybe it was detroit was close to 200 each or something like that

Here we go, I found it:

March 16, 2008 -- The Denver Nuggets set a franchise record for most points scored in a regulation game in Sunday's 168-116 rout over the Seattle Sonics. The mark is also a league season high, surpassing the total Denver accumulated in Seattle earlier this season (138).
The 168 points collected by the Nuggets is the fourth most in NBA history in regulation time. The Boston Celtics racked up 173 points against the Minneapolis Lakers on February 27, 1959 as did the Phoenix Suns against the Nuggets on November 10, 1990.

The most points scored in a game all-time is 186, which was set by the Detroit Pistons in 1983 when they defeated the Nuggets in triple overtime.
