Don't know if I say them winning multiple championships was a fluke. They've gotten old, and they are without Ginobli which is clearly huge for this team. But do agree, the team they are putting out their right now is garbage mainly because half of them should be using walkers by now.

Duncan has gotten old and has bad knees. Ginobili is out. Finley is old too. That just leaves Parker, who can't carry this team alone. I wouldn't say their titles were flukes. They played some of the best team basketball we've seen in years. The wins weren't pretty and didn't have much flair, but damn they defended and played together. If Duncan and Ginobili were healthy, this would be the 2nd best team in the west hands down.

Yeah age and injuries got to this team but prolly the best NBA team in last 10 years.

Fluke my ass. Agree with sundance (and most in this thread)...Spurs have been great champions and did it with class. Just because they weren't flashy most kids hate 'em. lol

i hate the spurs as much as anyone and am surrounded by idiot spurs fans but i agree their championships were not flukes....the phrase multiple championships and flukes shouldnt be in the same sentence.

go back to rooting for louisville and sd charger championships...while i dont care much for SA saying that their championships are a fluke is a joke, sometimes i feel you just say the most controversial things to get attention..
