Absolutely fishy. In fact, my book is showing 100% of the bets on Cleveland. I've actually NEVER seen that before.
However, my system says take Cleveland - and I'm not going to go against 18 years of results! But I am nervous about it....because of the spread. Would feel a lot better if it was 3 1/2 or so.
