How is this place packed with all the flooding in the area?

don't think memphis has any chance of winning now. they had to go up 3-1 to have a chance of beating the thunder in this series.

Flooding is low lying areas. The arena is just east of the river on high ground. Traffic is not good due to riverside being underwater. Most of the fans come from out east which aren't affected too much by the flooding.

Patriots Game only about 1,000 residents of the city are directly affected by the water.most of the city is on bluff and most of the residences affected are low income homeowners.

Looks like all the casinos are flooded. Apparently of the 330 homes flooded, 25 have flood insurance
