I feel you on that. Sometimes you want to give a team a chance, but some teams don't know how to fix their own problems. Then there are other teams that are built for war like spurs, lakers, celtics, and blazers. The Grizzlies got some work to do to fix their camp, but it gonna be next season or at the end of this season when it is already too late
