Erik Spoelstra?

How about it? Miami was worst team in the NBA last year. He has Miami as a middle playoff team and gets the most out of his guys

Thoughts?

not sure about that, am sure its not rick carlisle. i'd probably vote phil jackson, because a lot of times coaches with tons of talent just get left out of coach of the year discussions. But Jackson just does it year after year.
