Jamal Crawford has agreed to sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves after he clears waivers on Monday, sources told ESPN on Saturday.

The deal is for two years and $9 million and includes a second-year player option, sources said.

Crawford reached a buyout agreement with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday after he was acquired from the LA Clippers via a trade.

In a move to create salary-cap flexibility, the Toronto Raptors have agreed to trade forward DeMarre Carroll to the Brooklyn Nets, league sources told ESPN.

For the Nets to take on the two years and $30 million left on Carroll's contract, the Raptors will attach a 2018 lottery-protected first-round and second-round pick to the deal, league sources said.

The Nets will send center Justin Hamilton to Toronto in the trade, sources say.

Philadelphia 76ers rookie Markelle Fultz suffered a high ankle sprain in the team's summer league game against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night in Las Vegas, a source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.

Fultz was helped off the court after rolling his left ankle. Sixers president of basketball operations Bryan Colangelo told Shelburne that Fultz was diagnosed with a sprained ankle.

Fultz will not play Sunday and there is no timetable for his return to action.

Wouldn't be a Sixers first round pick if there wasn't an injury. Now orries just sit him until they start up. Or call Ainge and fleece him for player. #aingegotfleeced

Guess you havent been watching. Fultz he been excellent. Quite happy with him over Tatum. Tatum was the right pick for Boston. They knew that Philly wouldn't take him t 1 but like the deals Ainge has made this offseason he really didn't get much from Philly #Aaingegotfleeced. Ainge is doing all this wheeling and dealing and they are still in the same position as last year.

I have not been watching? You don't think adding Hayward makes them better? I do

Your boy was 3-12 last night and his +/- was -16 in just 15 minutes. He was -11 and -13 in his other 2 games. They are better when he isn't on the floor. Yes, great! lol

He got the Lakers/Sac first round pick. Barring something amazing, that pick will not only be a lottery pick, but more than likely a high one. The Lakers will stink again this year and if their pick is between 2-5 (which is very likely) then it goes to Boston, if not then the Celtics get the Kings pick the following year which also figures to be high in the lottery. I don't know if all your Ainge getting fleeced nonsense is something you actually believe or you're just trolling Wayne, but either way you're way off base. The bottom line is Ainge got the player he wanted all along, plus picked up an additional high lottery pick, a win/win for Boston. I also think Philly made out great in the trade as they desperately needed a PG, and they got the best one available, I think both teams will look back on the deal as a good one for both franchises.

I've watched both Tatum and Fultz a few times in the Summer League and I'm very impressed with both of them. Fultz has a complete offensive game, he can get into the paint and finish, and he's also got a three point shot, he reminds me a little of Kyrie Irving, now he doesn't have the handles of Irving, not many guys do, but he's going to be very good to great, the Sixers got a good one. As far as Tatum, he looks like a player in his mid 20's, when I'm watching him I keep reminding myself he's only 19. Tatum isn't overly athletic, but he's athletic enough, and he's able to create his own shot which is big, especially for a 19 year old. He's smooth offensively, he's got a nice step back jumper, and doesn't shy away from contact. Most guys that get taken that early in the draft go to bad teams and are asked to do a lot, Tatum is in a great situation in that he's going to a good team that doesn't need him to come in and be the savior. All he needs to do is be part of a team, and not worry about having to be "the guy". He's also not afraid to bang the glass, I've been very impressed with his rebounding. If I'm projecting what Fultz and Tatum will be in 3-4 years, I think both kids have a chance to be very good, if not great players. Fultz has a little more upside imo, but I really like them both.

The Raptors traded Cory Joseph to Indiana for CJ Miles, a solid pickup for Toronto

Again I guess you haven't been watching as he put 13 in the4th quarter and got the team back by himself. Heyward equals same as last year.
And to be honest I haven't watched much as I could care less about rookie ball. You can see better summer ball down by Temple on the courts

Both picks were the right fit for each team.

I hope it didn't take you 3 days to come up with that response. Disappointing if it did!

You would think that after the 7th time using the same line and no reaction you would try to be more creative but I guess that's the best you can do. It will have to suffice. Just copy and paste it so it is easier to post next time. I am here to help people

You used the same line on bob for how many years? I just followed your lead and did my "Philly" version

All kidding aside. What happens next. Another fake Rocky title or a real one by one of Phillys 4 major sports teams? The process for another rocky movie wouldn't take that long. I choose rocky.

And by the way, of course I copied and pasted it brah!

The Celtics signed Aron Baynes to a 1 year deal worth 4.3 million. Obviously not a difference maker, but a veteran big who should fill a backup role

Obviously 1 time was enough. A bad post or unfunny one Is like farting in a crowd. You do it and you bail and pretend it never happened. But if you do it again then something has to be done about it and disciplinary actions are in order. Again I am here to help and hopefully you embrace what I am saying and somehow incorporate it into your posting routine. The More You Know
