Thumbs up NBA. Friday With your Sportsjunkie. Best Bet

12/19/2008 @ 07:35 PM NBA [523] CLEVELAND +2-110
110.00 100.00

NBA Best Bet Friday Cleveland Cavaliers at Denver Nuggets (-2) (10:30PM ET) (ESPN)

Cleveland has been hot and on a roll as the head into the Mile High to take on Carmello Anthony and the Denver Nuggets. Cleveland is 21-4 on the season and 8-4 on the road. Their 4 losses came at Boston, Detroit, New Orleans and Atlanta. Chauncy Billips was in the lineup in their first meeting back on November 13th during Cleveland’s 11 point home victory. Cleveland shot 57% in victory. Seven foot 3 inch center Zydrunal Ilgauskas expects to play on Friday and Denver has had its problems against bigger teams. Denver’s 2 toughest home games were against New Orleans and San Antonio, which resulted in losses. Cleveland had a laugher at Minnesota on Wednesday and comes in with a days rest in Denver. If Cleveland was on a back-to-back I would stay away from this game. But Cleveland’s defense is better than Denver’s and Lebron James in the best player on the court. That’s why you take Cleveland +2
