I mean, with 3 of 4 series being sweeps. orlando/atl wasnt even a series. suns and lakers dominated. thank god for the celtics/cavs series, or they would REALLY be struggling. i can honestly say i have watched a lottttt more hockey this playoffs (almost every game) than i have NBA. anyone else feeling the same way?



p.s. thought i saw something before on this, but couldnt find it? if so, please merge or bump that thread!!

have heard before that at game 5 nba is even on a playoff series, game 6 and 7 are pure profit for the league...

meaning this round is not putting $ in their pockets from any angle, nothing drawing fans in...

NBA wanted Cavs, I think, but could very easily market C's, especially if they knock off LBJ. Also, I doubt Stern appreciates all of the LBJ is a choke artist/threw the game/ Teammates suck talk that is flooding forums and talk radio...

Lakers v. Celts will get an audience, no doubt about it, but KOBE vs LBJ was ideal.

Orlando v. LAL would be real entertaining though..

he needs LAL vs CLE to make some money! but having that LAL/BOS rivalry back would be a good 1A

i HATE the NBA,,,, ITS so BORING, I dont think i look at more than 5 games the whole year. Surf by them to see the score , but THEY SUCK anymore. Colllege ball i can watch, even the WNBA well some.
