Post NBA Pivotal Game 5 Review

With the series tied at 2-2, tonight's game will be one of the most IMPORTANT key-games of the Finals. Here are some of the key things I look for to happen heading into tonight..

*Tonight's game could decide the series tied @ 2-2. I expect both of teams to come out fighting. Everyone on the court tonight is going to be playing there heart out. This is what the NBA is all about baby.
Vegas has been very good at placing there totals thus far in the Finals. The Public has YET to cash in on betting totals. And why most of the Public expects tonights game to go 'under' just because the previous 4 have. An overwhelming 71% is on the under tonight. Easy play here take the over

*LeBron James has done everything on the court but score. Is it me or does it seem like he's not even trying? Early on in game 3 I saw him drive to the basket like 3 or 4 times and he dunked over someone almost everytime. And I thought to myself, "Why doesn't he do that every possesion?" LeBron is one of the greatest thrashers in the NBA because of his speed, size, and strength. But it seems to me in the 2nd half he doesn't even attempt to shoot the ball. Yeah he's making good plays passing the ball, but when you are a "superstar" you have to do more than score 8pts a game. If you watched LeBron's press conference from this morning, all he pretty much said was that it was inexscusable for him to only score 8 points a game and that tonight you would see him take a lot more shots and create open looks for himself. I expect him to be a force in tonight's game to silence the critics once again. We've all already seen him do it to both Chicago & Boston, it's only a matter of time before he gets it going against Dallas as well.

*Dirk Nowitzki. I dont even know where to begin with this guy. He has pretty much already shown he's the best 7'0 ft shooter of all time and a future hall of famer. I've played the game of basketball for 14 years now and anyone that else plays should now how hard of a shot that Nowitzki fade away jumper is. Notice how quickly he releases the ball and nearly every one of them is a swish. It's ridiculous. He's obviously shown the NBA that he is the true MVP (doing things that D Rose couldn't against the Heat). Needless to say I expect him to get his number's, but the question is: Will it be enough to take the 3-2 lead over the Big 3?

*As I continue to watch the playoffs I just notice more and more how much of a "show" the NBA really is. (This is why my favorite sport is College Football). Stern destined this game to go 7 to keep people watching and setting all new high's for viewers on television. Which makes me believe that LeBron is going to go off tonight even more. Just think it's all over sportscenter and ESPN.com. The dude just wanted ppl to stop with the Jordan comparisons (which is why I believe he hasn't really attempted to shoot). The winner of this game is a toss up to me. Probably will just do a unit fading the public.

Going to continue to watch the line for the day. Will lock in my bets around 6pm tonight. BOL to everyone tonight, should be a hell of a game

Thank you for the 50 point donation FTP !

Should be a great game to watch tonight. Difficult for me to be objective because I dislike Miami so much but it sure looks like the line was set (i got it at a pick) to encourage Dallas money. So i suppose the man thinks this is Miami's game to win which makes sense given the series line before game 1. Realistically, if Miami wins this game its over. As Charles Barkley said, "anyone who thinks Dallas can go back to Miami and win 2 straight is nuts."

I got a kick out of Barkley saying that he cant root for Miami cause they are a bunch of whiners. He said he likes each one of them individually but as a team they are a bunch of whiners. I know he's "out there" but I still find him entertaining.

Good luck !
