not sure if you would call this a homer play.


Toronto Raptors +3 or ML


suns played last night losing to the kings. they will be a bad team without barbosa and stoudemire this year. adding hedo isnt going to help as the raptors found out. warrick and childress the other additions.

the raps lost their star in chris bosh, but they do have a solid nucleus. derozan should be able to step up more this year and be their go to guy(he isnt there yet, but could fill that role) and they have a bunch of young kids that are high flyers in weems and amir johnson. add to that barbosa and kleiza with the originals calderon and bargnani and i believe this will be a good PRESEASON team. their rotation from 1-10 wont be much of a dropoff and are solid.

not sure who is the home team here with this game being played in canada, but a long way from toronto. vancouver should cheer for the canadian team, but they will also cheer for steve nash, their hometown boy.

all in all. take the raptors.

80% sun fans min, people in Van 'hate' Toronto sports teams, this will be no dif, and to people in Van the Phx Suns are 'Canada's' NBA team, same goes for the Minny Twins in baseball, but good luck tonight.

remember this guys. raptors will be a good PRESEASON team. just do your info and as long as the other teams dont play their stars alot. the raptors depth will do really well.

Raps been practicing very intensely on the defensive side, and it showed big time last night with a ridiculous 51 pt win. They played this preseason game harder than almost any game they played all last reg season (literally), these guys all have something to prove.
Great call, phx was also off a b2b and came in at 2am apparently.
