NBA takes

Just a few early thoughts.

Arenas is back and appears to be good as new. 29 points and 9 assists and a nice w over Dallas. Washington definitely suprised me, especially on the road where Dallas seldom loses to Eastern teams. Dallas D, well if you want to call it D, looked very bad. They need Howard back real bad. Dirk can't do it all by himself. It looks like Kidd continues to go down hill.

Boston once again will be very tough. I was looking at their roster and couldn't help notice how many years of experience they have on their team. Allen, Pierce, Garnett, Wallace, all over 10 years in the league.

I know the NBA is a grueling season but I just doon't understand the substitution patterens that teams make. I guess I'm old school and if my team is on a roll and have the mo going I don't substitute. That realy killed the Cav's in their game.

Houston looks like they will struggle without YM in the post. The 7'4 presence will deinitely be missed as they were out rebounded 26-15 in the first half.
