Nuggets F Kenyon Martin is expected to start tonight against the Spurs, despite suffering a mild concussion on Saturday.
Spurs G Manu Ginobili said his back "hurts a little bit" but will play tonight.

Nuggets F Kenyon Martin is expected to start tonight against the Spurs, despite suffering a mild concussion on Saturday.
Nuggets G Allen Iverson has a small fracture in his right ring finger but he plans on playing through the injury. Spurs G Manu Ginobili said his back "hurts a little bit" but will play tonight.
