Thoughts?

Having good players help but many coaches do not win without good players and to win 9 of them I think you have to be able to coach which includes Xs and Os and being able to manage the team with the different personalities, etc

I can't stand him is part of the problem and I throw out the MJ years just because I don't think the coach would matter much.Larry Brown, Don Nelson ect better coaches

One word (two letters): MJ

Then then you've got two players that are arguably in the top 30 of all time (being conservative there)...

I don't think anyone can argue w that...

it's tough to argue one way or the other though...

I think Nolan Ryan was one of the greatest pitchers of all time, but he always played on crappy teams so he gets no credit in that regard - only strike outs and no hitters.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

I don't know. Probably not the best X's and O's guy, but has coached a LOT of talent, and it isn't always easy to get that talent to co-exist, although Jordan was almost a player coach for the last 3 titles in Chicago, so he had a lot to do with that too.
