Portland at Houston
The Rockets were one of the better home teams in the league this year with a 34-8 record and an average win of nearly nine points per game. The Blazers on the other hand struggled to win on the road, going 20-22. Portland is 22-41 ATS off a road cover where the team lost straight up as an underdog while Houston is 29-12 ATS after a game in which they failed to cover this season.
This was a tough call for me, as I feel like this game could go a number of ways, but I just think the Blazers might be a little too young to win this big of a game on the road in the postseason. The Rockets tried to give them game 3 and they couldn’t cash in, and I don’t think they will even get that opportunity here in a little bit.The Rockets continue to shoot well from the floor against Portland and play tough defense in this series so I think they get the cover tonight.
