Question about a road team in game 7 of the finals

When was the last time a road team won a game 7 in the finals? Dallas has to win tomorrow IMO. Can't see the Heat losing game 7 at home. Wonder if Dallas follows suit and does the old pack for 1 game like the Heat and other teams have done.

Most "Good" teams close out the series in 6 or less

what happens when two "good" teams face each other?

it goes 7 and doesnt take away anything from the "team" that won in "7"

I see no reason why game 6 and hopefully game 7 are not same type of games all series. All close games and runs will decide series.

Do think game 6 is tougher for the Heat obviously

Oh and if Heat lose I'll be back when the Steeler people come back

Should be fun!

1978 was the last time, there have been 5 game sevens in the Finals since, all won by the home team

I just heard on ESPN home team is 14-3 in game seven in the finals, and according to Chris most were in the golden days way back

lol Rome, according to me and wikipedia, obv last year we had one, then before that was 05 Spurs-Pistons, 94 Rockets-Knicks, 88 Lakers-Pistons, 84 Celts-Lakers and the one in 78 was the powerhouse matchup Bullets over Supersonics in Seattle

And 8 of those 17 game 7s in the finals happened in the 50s and 60s
