Rebounding Wager
Hopefully this is in the right forum.....If not, my apologies.
I made a sizeable bet with a colleague that Anderson Varejao would NOT average more than 9 boards a game.
As you all know, AV got hurt and only played like 32 games. After those 32 games, he was averaging 9.7. I know that, over the course of a season, the number drops below 9 easily, but, this douche is insisting he won the bet. I assumed that the understanding was similar to NBA.com stat counting (800 boards or 70 games played before the stat counts in league leaders), but, that was never discussed (I just assumed this guy knew that)
Should I be paying this?
