Rookies/Sophomores NBA Game

It's a slow sports day so I was wondering if anybody has any thoughts on the rookies/sophomores NBA game tonight? I am leaning towards the sophomores and the over.

one of the weaker rookie crops in a while and durant will shoot it way too much. history and logic says take the sophs. i'd stay awayfrom the o/u though.

first of all, i love your name Cubs in 6.

Anyway, wagering on these types of games is almost like prop betting. No real way to handicap it. Been my experience though that with NBA all-star games the play is either OVER or don't play it at all. As far as the side goes, I really couldnt tell ya. Depends on who even cares about being there, typical NBA fashion.

unlike the all-star game, i do think it is a pretty big deal to take a side here. being in an entry level position, a lot of these fellas are trying to make a name for themselves, especially since they have always been studs on whatever team they've been on. second year players tend to improve tremendously in the nba, this year has not been an exception as players like gay, rondo, aldridge, and roy are substantially better this year. no doubt they do not want to lose to first year players whereas for the rooks its just an opportunity to show off skills- unless its a very talented group, they aint suppose to beat the sophs. remember even lebron's draft class lost when they rooks.

The sophomores have won the last five games by an average margin of 24.4 points.
