Going with the Lakeshow tonight as most of you would have guessed before clicking on this thread. I was waiting this whole series before it began, for the game 3 line. The game 3 line is where the home team gets a LOT of credit. More credit then deserved.

Yes, the Lakers lost to the Jazz in game 3 but they played piss poor. Even then, they had a 13 point lead towards the end of the 3rd until the Lakers gave it up because of their pathetic bench.

This series will be different. This game means something to both teams. The Lakers don't want this to go past 6 games. They want to get both at Houston, and they can as they are the BEST road team in the NBA. Lakers have always showed up on the road this year and today will be no different. Line is where it should be, so there is no surprise. Sucks that the public is all over the Lakers but whatever, it's not like I'm not the public.

Gasol plays YAO well, I wouldn't be surprised if Yao gets into foul trouble again. Also, Bynum has been a no show thus far, so if he contributes today that only makes it worse for the Rox. Ron Ron has played great the first 2 games, no way he plays like a superstar the way he did in game 1.

Kobe will come out trying to get others involved but I think towards the end he will try to take over the game. Who knows, he might even come out gunning.

No Fisher is the only problem, but the thing is, against a quick Arron Brooks, we need quicker guards like Brown and Farmar. If they can hit their open shots, along with Ariza this game will be Lakers 10+.

Lakers haven't played well for 3 halves this series. They had one good 2nd half and one good first quarter last game. Other than that, meh. They know they have to come out firing.

Lakers by 8-12. Series 2-1.

Haven't lost a 30 banger this year, so let's see if this is the worst. If I lose today, and the Lakers lose, oh my, going to be a rough day. But that won't be happening

Got the line yesterday when it came out at -1.

Game should be close in the first half, and Houston might even have a slight lead, will probably hammer the 2nd half as well.

Not the greatest first half by the Lakers, I think they should pick it up in the 2nd. Rockets are lucky to be hanging around.

I agree bro, the only time I bet against them is when they are favored by 10+ and I know they'll only win by 5 against the Grizz or something.

I would say you made a good bet, if I wasn't a Laker homer I would have been all over the Rox. Watching them everyday just made me think otherwise and luckily they pulled it out for me.
