3 for today...of which I really like two. The third is kind of a gutsy call.

10* Spurs -5 @ Thunder

Spurs, an excellent road team is up against a young and quick ball club. If you ask me, this game has mismatches written all over it. Unfortunately, even though the Thunder are faster and can run on the Spurs, they are in big trouble. This team commits too many turnovers, and from what I have seen, Pop and the Spurs have made their money from capitalizing off turnovers. As good as Westbrook is, he won't be able to catch Tony, and who the heck is going to guard Timmay. The only advantages I see for the Thunder are Durant and Green. It'll be hard to stop Durant, but I don't mind if he goes off. Green on the other hand has many off nights.

I think Spurs win by 10+..line seems like a trap, but I don't care I'm all over it.

10* Rockets @ Hornets -3.5

Houston is a great home team. Houston is a great defensive team. Houston is going to have Brooks on CP3. Oh my. Houston is known for choking on the road, and even though they keep games close, and beat a great home team in Denver on the road, I still think they stand no chance against New Orleans. The Hornets are a decent defensive team, and the only way the Rockets win this game is if they are hot. I doubt they will be because they depend on the likes of Brooks, Wafer and hot-head Artest when it comes to offense. Yao might go off, but I think Chandler will limit him. Armstrong can do a decent job as well. I just think the Hornets win comfortably even though they are coming off a road game in Milwuakee. I usually hate taking teams that have come off a string of road games, but I'm going to bite on this. It's already up to -6.
