Snipes Opening Day NBA

Hey all..last year I only posted my big plays..this year I'm going to post them all, just to keep track of my record and to manage my bankroll better. Won't do any write-ups unless its a big play, or my favorite play of the day. Good Luck everyone, hopefully it's a good season.

4 Units: Dallas -7.5 (bought half point)
2 Units: Boston/Cleveland Under 184
2 Units: Dallas/Washington Over 207.5
2 Units: Boston +5.5 (bought half point)
1 Unit: Boston ML

Favorite Play: Dallas -7.5

I would make this play much bigger but it's opening day so anything can happen. The moment this line was released I wanted to pound it, and I wish I had earlier because it opened at 7 and I could have bought it down to 6.5. Either way, with Jamison out, it just makes it easier.

Dallas had a messy season last year, they didn't live up to expectations and Carlisle was just getting used to the team, the players were getting used to the system and the addition of Kidd for a whole year. However, even last year Dallas was huge at home. That's no secret.

The addition of Marion should add a scorer who doesn't need the ball to score, something Dallas always lacked. I think Dallas will have a fairly decent year, and it all starts today with a home whooping of Washington.

In comes Washington, team loaded with talent...but they haven't spent much time together at all. All the match ups also favor Dallas, don't think I need to post them, it's common sense.

I think Dallas wins big and there should be lots of scoring, at least from Dallas' side. I wouldn't be surprised if Dallas takes a more defensive approach this year since Carlisle has had time to settle in. I took the over because the only way Washington keeps up is if they score with Dallas. It's sort of a safety bet, if it's a close game I see it going over.

Good luck everyone
