Thursday NBA Referee Assignments

Memphis at Atlanta: (Atl -4.5 and 183) Home faves are just 2-8 ATS with ref Joe Crawford this season, and home faves of fewer than 5 points are 7-16 ATS with Crawford since the start of last season. Memphis is 7-3 ATS in their last 10 with Crawford, including 5-1 ATS on the road. Atlanta is on a 1-5 ATS run with Crawford. Mixed o/u trends as Crawford and Violet Palmer lean to the Under, while Kevin Fehr leans to the Over.

Chicago at New York: (Chi -3.5 and 190) Rare for a whole crew to have a bias to the Over. Marat Kogut is 11-4 o/u this year, including 8-2 o/u in games with totals between 185 and 195 points. Bennie Adams is 12-6 o/u this season and Bill Spooner is 9-6 o/u. No strong general ATS trends for this game, but Marat Kogut has a team-specific lean to the Bulls. Chicago is 7-0 SU & 6-1 ATS with Kogut, while NY is 2-4 SU & 1-5 ATS with him.

New Orleans at San Antonio: (San -9 and 182) Weak or conflicting trends with this crew.

Portland at Sacramento: (Por -3.5 and 191.5) Zach Zarba is 11-5 o/u this season, and he is 21-11 o/u in games with totals between 185 and 195 points since the start of last season. Sacto is 5-2 o/u with Zarba, but Portland is 1-5 o/u with him.

Denver at L.A. Clippers: (LAC -1 and 206) Solid crew for the Under here. This season Jason Phillips is 2-12 o/u, Eric Lewis is 5-12 o/u, and Tony Brown is 6-10 o/u. And Eric Lewis is 7-20 o/u in games with totals above 205 points since the start of last season. Denver is 2-8 o/u in their last 10 games with Lewis, and they are 3-7 o/u in their last 10 with Phillips.

Utah at Golden State: (GS -5 and 197) Conflicting ATS trends. A lean to the Under with the o/u trends. Ref Kevin Cutler is 6-10 o/u this season, including 0-4 o/u in games with totals between 195 and 205 points. GS is 2-3 o/u with Cutler, and Utah is 0-5 o/u with him. Ref John Goble is 7-11 o/u and ref Tom Washington is 7-10 o/u.
