I'm on those 10's.

I gotta thank you for your hard work
day in and day out. It really is a pleasure to scroll through the
service plays for the information I'm looking for.
I remember the early days, as a kid, when I would get a sore finger on a rotary phone trying to get (what I thought was) a winner on a free play.
The time wasted on boiler room slobs or screaming tape recordings was
a steep price to pay for a big fat losing play.
Just wanted to let you know how much I appeciate the change.

I know in foots 10*'s are rare. In hoops you have 10*'s regularly and 20*'s quite often. In foots, 20*'s are your Goy/Gom or whatever. In hoops, it seems you have plenty 20*'s, is there a different * system you go by?
