I am new to this board and don't really know anyone here but I am in a tight spot. I am down about $18K for the week and my guy is not going to be happy when I tell him I can't settle up this week. My sob story is no different than anyone else's so i'm not even going to go into it.

Let me just say that the phrase "bitch of an ex-wife" doesn't quite do mine any justice. Webster's Dictionary hasn't came up with a word that describes her.

Anyway, back to the purpose of this post. I am down almost $20K this week and HAVE to pull myself out before Sunday night.
Does ANYONE have any locks for tonight? I mean, as close to 100% as humanly possible. Because, apparently what i'm doing isn't working and my bankroll is now non-existant.

I cannot speak for anyone else but if there is a lock I'd be all over it. Just find a post here that you can believe in and chip away at your deficit. The last thing that you need is to balloon the -$18k into something even worse. Good luck and I hope that you end up in the black for the week.

WOW, what I am going to say wont help you gain any money back but surely will help save your life.....STOP NOW...If you bet all week and couldnt win dick I doubt you'll get back your 18K chasing in a weekend,and that is what you are about to do......you would be better served calling your man asking for a SHOT IN THE DARK and if he says no(which most probably will) you be honest tell him what you got and let him know you wanna set up payments.....to keep betting is FOOLISH and also disrespectful TO HIM beings you are in too deep already, IF you have exceeded your limit OWN UP TO IT and deal with the flack that comes, but if you let him know......before settlement time I THINK YOU STAND A GREATER CHANCE OF NOT GETTING HURT OR WORSE BOL to what you decide.....but ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS STATEMENT A WISE MAN ONCE GAVE ME.........

My friend.. Listen..If you donr HONESTLY have any $$ to pay your man. STOP now.. Work out a payment plan that YOU can afford to pay. DONT spread yourself to thin, BUT stand up face to face and say wht you can afford. If your looking to grab a 20 G game tonight your going down a SCAREY road. Wash 2nd half will be pretty tasty. But in all honesty giving you a game to double up on and if you hit will not teach you a lesson. You need to learn to bet what you can afford. This might be a life changing expensive lesson for you. Sorry you are down this much and I hope you can set up a payment plan with your man.

WTF are you guys giving this guy games for?? Sure if it's Bullshit go ahead. But if this guy is really into this trouble ,i guess you guys have not ever been in a real life BIG figure situation.. I also did once when a UN alowed group of guys opened a book up BUT again had NO ok to do so.. What we did was all play HARD & only collect but come pay we said **** OFF.. my honest suggestion would be jazz ML but as if being 18K in the hole wasnt enough, you'd drop another 18k plus a ton of juice.

to be honest with you there really isnt a solid or logical way to go about this. hindsight is 20/20 and you obv never should have let it get to this point, but I have a feeling you've made up your mind that you're going to gamble on this. My honest opinion is this: If you've been a loyal player for this guy for a significant period of time, you could probably set up a payment plan. Something within reason, but not to the point where its drawn out over too lengthy a period of time. I would try to discuss options before going for broke on 1 game, that is if you are on any sort of speaking terms with this guy.

As far as plays go though, it's pretty tough to tell a guy 18K in the hole with any kind of confidence to go ahead and risk being in an even worse situation. BOL in whatever you do bro.

To add some foul icing to the rotten cake, he mentioned in the Baseball thread that he just got fired, so can't pay back. Don't know if all this is true but if so, not sure what else he could do...
