I played this also......1st half total was 103 and 2h before the game was at a supposed 97'

Some teams decide to keep fouling it seems forever and some teams dont foul at all at the end of the game....New Orleans didnt even attempt a shot at the hoop in the final 13 secs of the game.....WHY?????
