The amount of times I see this blown in the NBA

Twice already in this Bulls / Magic game.
End of the 1st quarter was one. 37 ticks left Bulls bring ball up court with no urgency and get a shot away with about 20 left.

It happens alot and I don't understand why. Poor management and lack of intensity come to mind.

I know what you are saying, it is just poor clock management. You see good teams/well coached team do that. I can understand if you look for a shot and it wasn't there and the pull it out and look for a better shot. But some of these teams just dribble out at the top of the key until 7 seconds are left on the shot clock and then try and beat their man. So frustrating.
