Surprised, but the reserves were rolling with Durant. The backcourt of Harden and Maynor were outplaying the Mavs. Risky move by Brooks, but they won. Only time will tell if its really a big deal...

absolutelyyyyyy westbrook starts

agreed with you very much rome, and harden (beard) was ballinnnnn', but maynor was in there for westbrook, not harden... so in my opinion harden's solid performance doesnt effect westbrooks minutes

espn is talking about it a lot now .. .this is kinda what i expected to happen.

The bench was playing great it would of been stupid to bring him back in when your team is rolling with all the momentum. We will find out how Mentally strong he is on Saturday. He has to learn to go to Durant more especially when there is an obvious mismatch. I don't remember seeing the coach yelling at him. He walked over and said pass the ball, which he should be doing when you have Kevin Durant. Durant needs to be more vocal IMO because this has happened a few times in the playoffs when they lost a couple of games late in the game when Westbrook forgot Durant was on the team and what's scary is the games this happened Durant had 30+ every time. Regardless it's Durant. Cut the street ball $hit.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't they have all the starters on the bench for all if not most of the 4th quarter with the exception of Durant? I don't believe he was being singled out but the whole starting unit was, yes he was taken out in the 3rd but the 4th quarter to me was a coach sticking with the guys who were playing well and that wasn't the 1st stringers minus Durant.
