I'm not so sure Jack. Steroids are used alot for injury prevention and the rigours key NBA players put their bodies through......also look at a photo of Lebron at high school then now, yes that can be achieved naturally, but alot easier using performance enhancing drugs. The masking methods they use these days mean its easy not to get caught esp if you are a well paid athlete. My gut feeling is both use or have used.

I get what you are saying but in HS, he wasn't even a man yet. That's the difference between him and let's say a Bonds where they look drastically different.

I think for an NBA player you don't want to get bulky like Barry. I think injury prevention is the key motive and gain a little strength.
Stats are always very high in the afirmative when people are quized "would you cheat, if you knew you would get away with it".

Yeah well also working for those who believe both either hasn't or doesn't use.....they strike me as healthy and positive guys, not something you often say about steroid users, from what I understand.

I think it's just called being a sore loser. Probably from his momma beating him when/if he ever lost

Lebron has always been fastest, biggest, most athletic kid & dominated whoever he matched up with so I am guessing he has never even thought about experimenting with roids. He is/was so young I doubt he thought about helping stay healthy. When your young, you think you are invincible

Post Not A Chance!

To even sugest that either James or Howard are or used Steroids is ridiculous, I have worked out most my life and i can tell you there are 4types of people when it comes to a persons physique , Natural, packed, Juiced & The Exception

Natural - is when you are born when the Genitic physique of your Gene Pool and have very low body fat, great physique and this type of body is great for building muscle naturally and maintaing.

Packed - is when you have a very low Body Fat, with very little water Retention , only enough fluids are intaked to keep the body Ripped and your wieght at a substained level without using Steroids and simply exercising, eating healthy, lots of cardio & weekly strenght training which includes bench presses, push-ups and dips, the most popular for high energy Athletes in non contact sports.

Juiced -Very easy to pick a Juice-Head out in the Gym , in sports and most popular are Full Blown Body Builders. Juice-Heads are guys that cheat, abuse & and take anything they can to inhance their Size, Wieght and how far they can go tell they reach what we call "Peek" This is when you can't get any bigger without doing extreme damage to the Body and Mind, most of these players have short indurance and aren't able to compete ,run, wrestle tackle or defend in any professional or non professional sport which takes alot of Indurance like Soccer, basketball , tritriathlon or and sport which requires you to move for long periods of times... To beable to do this you need to drink excsess ammounts of fluids and keep the "Water Retention Levels" high in your body at all times or you could drop 5 or 10 pounds of retained water a week if playing in professional sports.

The Exception - Baseball, The majors, it is slow, no contact, very little movment and plenty of time to kick back and retain your fluids and Size, this is why Baseball is the Exception in Professional sports in america where you can use steroids and get away with it pretty easy without Notice unless you are a superStar and your stats go through the Roof in the short term of 2 or 3 years and you gain 50 pounds , not naming any names lol.....

So there you have it, Both James and Howard are what i call "Packed" Type Players and i can almost be certain neither has used steroids in their NBA career and if they did it would get noticed by anyone that knows anything about how the Steroid is used and how it has to be maintained!

In the world of sports you are guilty until proven innocent, especially when it comes to the biggest and most athletic guys like LeBron and Howard... theres no way you become that much physically superior to other PROFESSIONAL athletes without some great supplements... theres no doubt in my mind some NBA players take steroids, and the fact that LeBron/Howard look like beasts compared to everyone else tells me theres some foul play involved
