I say it's a bit of all 3. Blaming Shaq is the obvious answer, he's the one on the court and for the most part hes stunk it up so far. Kerr's easy to blame too becuase hes the one that sent Marion away for an old Shaq. You can also put some blame on D'Antoni for not being able to find a way to fit Shaq into his system, even tho Shaq is aging, these players should still make the playoffs easily so the system is flawed if they dont make it there.

My vote goes to Kerr in the end... hes the GM of the team and the team post-trade is looking worse than it was prior-trade, if they end up picking up the pace and kill everyone in the playoffs than itll be him I give the props to as well
