Question Why do people call Lebron overrated?

The guy almost beat Boston on the road by himself today. There is not even a decent player on his team besides Lebron. He does it all with an entire defense guarding him. I don't understand why people continue to call him overrated.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

I dont understand either Jack. Just today, obv the scoring line but he singlehandedly kept his team in the game in the mid 4th with nailing those 3's and driving and getting to the line despite Boston KNOWING he would and doubleand triple teaming him. To say LeBron is overrated is flat out stupid. He almost won the series by himelf today, thankfully he didnt, but now thats its over I can say just how dominant he is. The guy has carried 2 teams deep in the playoffs at his age with below average teams, take him away.

If theres an open pool draft from everyone, no slight to Kobe, but I start my team with Lebron. No question. Or PJ Brown

first off, lebron is not 24, he was probably 24 his senior year in high school

what did he shoot in this series, 35 for 350? Lebron is overrated because he is not a consistent outside shooter, he relies on the refs to bail him out time and time again when he bulls into the lane, and then whines like a bitch if he doesn't get the call. He has a penchant for missing free throws in big games (like today), and hasn't won a thing in his career. Oh wait, I forgot, his high school team almost went undefeated until Lebron made them forfeit a game because he couldn't wait till the pros, but had to have his tricked out hummer to roll around high school with.

I will give lebron his props though, he probably is in the NBA's top five for ugliest players. He also can take pride in the distinction of being the only NBA player in history to tell his momma to "sit yo ass down bitch" on national t.v.. We definitely were all "witnesses" to that classy exchange. Kudos Lebron!!

What do you expect the guy to shoot when you are playing 1-on-5? Michael Jordan was the best basketball player I have ever seen and I am not comparing the two. BUT... there was a time when Michael Jordan did not have a great outside shot.

Why shouldn't he blow into the lane? The guy is explosive and you can't stop him, no one can guard him one on one.

As far as not winning - the guy took a team of crap to the NBA finals last year and this year took maybe the NBA champs (maybe not) to a game 7, they could have won and he has ZERO help. If you can't see that - I really don’t know what to say.

Who cares about the high school stuff? What does that have to do with him playing basketball now?

I have a feeling Lebron takes care of his "momma" and that was funny as heck if you ask me. He probably got an ass whooping late that night. lol

Of course we are all entitled to our opinions and I am in no way a Cavs fan but I don't get how you can't be impressed with a guy who plays basketball like that. One day this guy will have some help and he will win championships (no doubt).

Also as far as not winning anything - the Cavaliers were terrible before he got there. They have been a consistent contender since he's been there and the best player he has had to play with is Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Give me a break!

As a basketball fan - he is fun to watch!

He is the best player in the NBA and if anyone tells you otherwise they are retarded.....when it is all said and done he will go down as the greatest to ever the play game ahead of Jordan. I am a lifelong Piston fan and watched Michael Jordan's entire career and have seen all of Lebron's.

I know many in here love Kobe and rightfully so but replace Kobe with Lebron on the Lakers and trust me Lakers would cruise to the title....with that said I dont think Lakers will get by the Spurs who will beat the Hornets tomorrow....JMO

PEACE
