You guys remember...

that NBA Finals when MJ scored 18 points in six 4th quarters? Or when he averaged 9 less points in the Finals than he did during the season? Yeah, me neither.

Like saying Oprah is poor cause she doesn't have as much money as Bill Gates.

We realize that Lebron isn't as good as Jordan at this point, who is? Nobody. The people who get mad at the Lebron/Jordan comparisons are the ones who continually make them and try to disprove them.

Lets compare him to Dirk when Dirk was 26 and see what we come up with, since people are now anointing Dirk as a top 15 player of all time.

Lebron is not Jordan right now, I doubt that fact needs proven.

Lebrons quote: "I'm not going to say I'm as good as Jordan, and I'm not going to say I'm NOT as good as Jordan."

He's doing it to himself chief.

He's supposed to be confident in his abilities. Most people say his biggest flaw is his mental toughness, and his confidence in late game situations. But those same people rip him for trying to be confident also when he says things like this.

I'll agree he's terrible behind a microphone, and he's dug his own grave with things like the decision, but he's not supposed to say he's a worse player than someone else. When Jack McKeon was interviewed yesterday, should he say "nah, we have no chance at the playoffs, the other teams in our division are just better than us, we're just gonna ride out the rest of the year and we'll try again in 2012." No, he says we're gonna get this thing turned around, just getting bad breaks and when we get the first one, the wins will start coming.

I don't think it's any secret that his biggest flaw is mental toughness and end of game situations. I think people rip him because he is so confident OFF the court and continues to come up small in the biggest games.

I disagree that he's not supposed to say he's a worse player than someone else. I think it's 100% alright for him to admit that MJ was the better player. Most fans just want him to show some humility and be humble when asked questions like this. He continues to act arrogant and this is why there is such a widespread lack of appeal for him. It's just hard to get behind someone who talks such a big game and doesn't back it up.

See this is what happens when you DON'T go to college! This young man LBJ has no wisdom or charisma. Should have got an education first and maybe he wouldn't be so damn immature.

Confidence comes through in actions, all his talk is hubris.
