Cbb score predictions very accurate

hey all, any of you use the cbs sports website that is one i like for watching scores and reading some previews

one huge thing on there is if you go to ncaa basketball there is a icon to click on called "picks" this is computer generated and has predicted 70 percent winners every year since its inception in 2002! That is amazing results and money!!!!!! Last night it went something like 22-4 that is 80 something percent!!!

Just wondering anyone use this or thoughts on it!

This is great for pools but not for spreads.

How come, Just curios because I just noticed it yesterday for the first time so was wondering why is it that accurate and what some feedback would be. How come not as good for spreads is it because 70 percent on our spread ticket means we lose on proline.

It does show projected scores and seems also fairly accurate so it should in theory be pretty useful there

Ok I get it, Thanks so much i was not sure why but that makes sense, because they showed the spreads and scores I thought it aligned with that and it was 70 percent ATS. Thanks for the info.

As you can see cashgrab I edited my reply 'cause after checking it out it seems like it should be very useful in spreads like you first asked.I assumed it to be like other sim projections I've seen elsewhere and commented B4 I should have but after checking it out I am now "curious"

(insert expert opinions here)>>>_______________________________________

if it was predicted by the point spread and he was hitting at 70% I would be using that site daily and be super rich lol.

I mean yeah some games CBS does have scores that cover spreads no problem but I rather use it for pools. Seeing as they just have to win the game and that 70% is pretty good. I tried my first pool last week and went 9/12. Richmond, Duke and Georgia all we're picked to win and they lost. Still I will give it another shot once another pool comes.

Yeah that makes sense
I'm gonna look at it some more to see how that % correlates to the projected scores.Interesting.

The site did pretty good ATS and score predictions last night,,, Interesting to see any continued trends ATS .. I really like some of its predictions for tonight..It has a few covering by twenty when the spread is single digits.....Seems Creighton is a LOCK!

Great for moneyline plays... but only 1 of tonights plays are for the underdog... Wont even work for online moneyline plays in the long run, almost need to hit at an 80% rate CBB moneyline to make up for the juice you take.

Alot of college games are very one-sided and predicting the winner is child's play. I doubt that their computer program is a match for the offshore oddsmakers and would be willing bet that simply selecting the favourite every game would outperform their 70%.

Just my gut feeling,

PLP

I used that site to compare my picks, but you still have to have your own feel which games you choose on daily bases. Some nights your good, some not, that why we gamble.

yes i agree ,, I just use it to see what the comparison is to a few different books and comparison between OLG and Atlantic and BC lottery etc as well as research my own on the games etc and go with my educated guess ultimately in the end.
