Hockey Ties

With only the Super Bowl left to play, I start to consider rotating NHL ties.
Does anyone here rotate ties with regularity?
I usually won't try it until after the All-Star break once playoff races heat up and more games are within their division or conference.
I typically will box 5 games with three ties on each ticket for a total of ten tickets. I also play at the Casino where results are after 60 minutes BUT odds are significantly lower than what the OLG offers.
Here is some stats regarding OT/Shootout records which I use simply for percentage of games played in OT/shootout by individual teams.

2011-2012 - Regular Season - All Skaters - OT/Shootout Record - Overtime Wins - NHL.com - Stats

LA Kings lead the way with 35% of their games going into OT or Shootout.
The Oilers are at the other end as 8% of their games have gone into OT or Shootout.

First day after the All-Star break and there was 5 of 13 games (38.5%) that went in ot/shootout, 3 of the 5 into a shootout. All 5 were within the conference and 2 within the division.

Not tonight RayJ. Just two tickets that I posted in the proline thread.
Like the LA/STL tie probabilty, as LA's penchant for playing over a third of their games in ot/shootout and against a Hitchcock coached team there is always a chance for a tie.
Also like the Winn/FLA tie, I would just be concerned about the Jets playing there last two games in ot/shootout and realizing that those outcomes have nothing to do with tonight's game I just don't like going against the law of averages as not many teams play into OT/shootout three games in a row.
You usually play at the casino, don't you RayJ?
Good luck with your ticket tonight, hope it comes through, as long as FLA & LA win after you get your tie!!
