March boxing

At the moment I am leaning towards Garcia over Thurman. Garcia has looked blah lately but I believe he gets up for this fight.

I like Travis Kauffman over amir mansour.
Kauffman can box and bang. Whereas mansour is a straight up banger. His loss to braezale pisses me off cause I can't stand Dominic braezale lol! This is an interesting fight as it's home cooking for both fighters.
Both should have proven more at this point of their careers and it's now or never. Should be fireworks!!

Surprised to see fonfara so heavily favored over Dawson.
Think he is going to stop him. I see a lethargic Dawson getting pushed around

I am trying to get on Garcia. I was loving Thurman awhile back but something tells me Garcia will get it done.

I must have woken up in some strange, new bizzarro world.
TWO Saturdays in a row with good cards on free TV??!!

Thurman/Garcia is a 50-50 fight, right, so why is Thurman more than 2-1? I underestimated him against Porter, not going to do it again. Waiting for late money on Garcia to maybe get a better price than current on the fav.
Think it goes the distance so I brought the over 10' at -210 earlier this week. To reduce the lousy odds I parlayed it with Eddington over that embarrassing little bitchlett track star Malignaggi, who apparently had his period and couldn't run fast enough this afternoon and got KO'd, so I have half that one home.

Hoping Dawson folds for a quick, easy payday so I took the Under 8' there, and I think Cota goes early, took Under 6' there, dog odds on both so hoping split at worst case.

Thurman fight was a pretty good fight. Had some moments. Both fighters looked tentative of the others punch which is why I think we saw a lot of 1-2 combos or jabs and not staying in on him. It could have went either way imo but I think they got it right. I had Thurman 7-5 and even had it as a draw initially. After watching it again with a clear head I thought Garcia gave away a few winnable rounds. I think if there is a rematch Danny could definitely get him

Nice card and calls. I don't know why I didn't bet that damn Malinaggi fight. He was primed to dropped by a younger stronger Eggington, . Dawson is a shot goat unfortunately he waited 2 extra und to fold. You were definitely on the right sides though

I said this over a year ago that I hope Paulie will give it up. However, he will probably think that just because he was stealing a few rounds he just got caught...

He was always a fun fighter and I usually do not like light hitting boxers.....so he still has a career in the media I hope he does not ruin it by getting scrambled

Really like Kauffman tomorrow night. Dude spent the holidays in Texas training away from his family. Expect a hungry Kauffman to shine.
Also unfortunately like David grayton over one of my favorites Kermit cintron. Grayton is +155 fighting in Kermit's backyard. Think he will be too slick for the aged killer cintron

GGG got all he wanted last night and many thought he lost that fight. I don't think so and EL Chocolito Martinez was beaten for the first time and I think he did win that fight

Chocolito was robbed...I watched it again this morning he scored 116-110...espn had it 117-109

Robbery....it is like the judges ruled the head clashes as punches ridiculous

Just bought Un 7' for Quigley/Tapia.

Reasoning - aside from KO ratio for Quigley I don't know how much Tapia really wants to be a fighter,
only 1 bout LY, only 2 the year before and just 26 yrs old, no injuries I can find that took him away from the game:
4th round loss (Lemieux on 5/7/16), 2nd round loss (Soro on 5/8/15) and 3rd round win (Dawson on 3/7/15 for WBO Super welterweight) for just 9 rounds since March of 2015.

I think Tapia goes all out right from opening bell, KO or be KO'd, so I like Un 7'.

Very pricey at -215 so I used it in an open end parlay at 5dimes to get better ROI.
If it wins, I'll post the second part of the wager here when I add it.

Good luck with your play if any of you buy something off tonight's ESPN2 card.

Tapia has been kod the last 3 fights. Quigley has very good power but not a great resume yet. I think his promoters know what they are doing putting him in here against a soft chin like Tapia.

Judgment call, that Tapia would let it all hang out and win or lose before 7', but I was wrong.
He came to fight.
Quigley? Underwhelming.

A rare type of loss because I don't mind it; no hindsight, not pissed, got the pace I wanted/expected but not the result in a good fight. Solid entertainment, and that's always worth something.

he had one move to try and hurt Tapia ...he would swipe down on Tapia left guard and try and crack him with a overhand right...it worked in the 1st and Tapia nullified it after that...he just could not hurt Quigley ...

Tapia really did not show me much either...he still has poor balance which leads him to get out of place and vulnerable against a skilled puncher
