Matthysse v Alexander

This is one odd matchup for Alexander who has the weight of the world on his shoulders after basically quitting in his last fight against Tim Bradley. I for the life of me have no clue why the ALEXANDER Handlers would pair him with an aggressive style fighter such as Matthysse. Bradley basically made Alex quit in the fight due to his constant pressure and inability to counter an attack. If ALEX thought that Bradley was aggressive he may shit his pants when the Argentinian who only has one loss and it was a controversial hometown decision to Zab Judah starts to come at him. Matth has many flaws and one of them is he is very sloppy at times which I believe comes from his aggressiveness but he has been in wars before and I dont look at Alex as a go to war type of fighter. He turtled up once as a fighter and after u do that once it has a tendancy to come back again its just a natural instinct that sparring is not going to get rid of.Alex has very little power but what he has is his hometown judges which imo he benefitted from in his fight against Kotelink. I am using the dog MATTYHSSE 1 Unit +175. This is a small play as if it was a neutral ring I would up this a bit but there is a reason tim bradley had this fight moved from ST LOUIS after seeing the result of the Kotelink fight. I think Matthy will have to have a UD to win this which basically means dominate the fight and possibly knock him out which he can def do as he has the pop to do it. He needs to be aggressive and take the fight to Alex and make the turtle go back in the shell which is what I think will happen. bol hand jobs

When I first looked at this fight I was sure Matthysse would win but the more I looked at it the less chance I gave him. Matthysse only had a close fight with Judah because Judah slowed down in the later part of the fight, like he always does, before that Zab was clearly out boxing Lucas. Devon should box Lucas easily imo . The line has dropped form Devon -310 to -210 which is almost playable for me , would like it to drop some more though.

Probably won't have anything on this fight so GL Phillybirds

no prob pyth i liked alex before but those last 2 fights i just cant back him at -210. its not a big play for me and def see y u guys like devon but his heart scares the shit out of me at that price. LM is not known for his boxing the guy is a fighter so I do expect alex to outbox him but I think he has a legit chance of becoming the cowardly lion again if hit on the button or if he gets frustrated. On the flip side there is a legit chance alex could win 10-12 rounds which is y this is only 1 unit. bol my man

100% agree ,Alexander has no heart and I'm not backing him either at -210 . I think -175 is about as high as I would have gone . Since I have no dog in the fight I'll be rooting for you, GL

What a screw job! I knew it was going to be once I seen Don King sitting in the first row. I bet the over 8 1/2 to make it a safer. Alexander should not have won that fight imo.
