I hope Brunson gets awarded the victory or at least gain his spot back in the rankings, as like you mentioned he clearly won this fight!!!!

Holly on the other hand is grasping straws but watch he get the victory and Brunson not LOL.

He just posted this on twitter 5 minutes ago ...

Derek Brunson @DerekBrunson

"I'm not appealing my fight against Anderson Silva. I'm more worried about getting another fight booked........ #UFC

It takes a real man to know he won ... sits back and says .. ya know what ? ... fuck it and just wants to move on. I have ALOT of respect for him.

On the other hand I wish Holm would just shut up and except her loss. Sure she got punched after the bell 2 times but even if there was a point deduction she still lost.

Now we have to wait months for de Randamie to come back (of course she is opting for the surgery on her hand) ... then when she is Ready, Holm will be awarded a rematch while Cyborg just sits idle. We all know the winner of the rematch will get hurt or just duck and dodge the Real champ until forced to fight. I almost guarantee Cyborg wont get her shot until at least 2018 now ... which is Total Bullshit.

Above should read ... I wish Holm would just shut up and accept her loss. Spelling mistakes are big pet peeve of mine. I don't want to sound like 70% of the forum lol.

Also just an FYI for anybody thinking of wagering on the Hendricks / Lombard coin flip fight ...

Hendricks will be making his UFC middleweight debut. He spent his first 18 octagon appearances at welterweight, where he had a two-fight stint as champion. Bigg Rigg was 15-1 and has now lost 5 of his last 7 (3 straight) and hasn’t earned a victory since March 2015.

Lombard was 24-0-1 and has now lost 4 of his last 7 (2 straight). Those past two losses came by way of stoppage after going more than 11 years without a knockout or submission defeat. At age 39, he is the oldest of the 22 fighters scheduled to compete Sunday night

Who the hell knows what to expect in this one ...

Lets see how this goes ...

As we know Hendricks always has problems with the scale ...

He currently weighs 197lbs ... must be 186 for Saturday morning early weigh-ins.

Cris Cyborg Granted Exemption, Cleared of UFC Anti-Doping Violation

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency on Friday announced that Cris “Cyborg” Justino has been granted a retroactive Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) and will therefore not face an anti-doping policy violation after testing positive for a prohibited substance in December of 2016.

USADA’s announcement serves as a resolution of Cyborg’s potential anti-doping violation by the UFC on Dec. 22, 2016.

Johny Hendricks actually made weight (185.5)

The only one who didn't was Gina Mazany ... came in at 139.5, though she took the fight on just 16 days’ notice she will forfeit 20% of her show purse to McMann.

Worth noting ... Travis Browne (241lbs) / Derrick Lewis (262lbs)

Big size difference for "The Black Beast"

Maybe somebody else down here can help you and has a good feel ... IMO a total 50/50 coin flip fight in the heavyweight division where anything can and will happen. When dealing with the big boys ... gas tank / one punch / one takedown can decide it all.

It all depends where the fight takes place ...

Lewis has the advantage standing and could easily win by KO ... Browne has the advantage on the ground with wrestling and submissions and could very well tap out Lewis.

Hard fight to find an edge / advantage.

LOL at Bellator ... Company is just a complete Shit Show ... just go away.

Matt Mitrione falls ill, fight with Fedor Emelianenko is cancelled tonight.

Lightweight co-main event between Josh Thomson and Patricky Freire is now the new Bellator 172 main event.

LOL ... Mitrione was perfectly fine last night / this morning and out of nowhere gets sick hours before the fight LOL

The Spartan (13-1 ... 4-1 UFC) got off to a great UFC start In 2014 defeating Maximum Fighting Championship vet Sheldon Westcott via TKO due to punches / elbows in the 2nd round at The Ultimate Fighter Nations Finale to win the Middleweight tournament. His only career loss was a unanimous decision defeat to Thiago Santos back in December of 2015. He bounced back nicely this past June with an impressive unanimous decision victory vs. a very tough Sam Alvey. Six of Theodorou's 13 wins have come by way of knockout proving that he has good standup and power ... also the guy is a cardio machine so there shouldn't be any threat of him gassing out.

Cezar Ferreira (12-5 ... 7-3 UFC) is 4-3 in his last 7. Those 3 losses in that span have all been 1st round knockouts including a 2 minute ass kicking from Sam Alvey. The 4 wins have come against pretty mediocre competition ... Andrew Craig (3-4 UFC) ... Oluwale Bamgbose (1-2 UFC) ... Anthony Smith (2-1 UFC) and Jack Hermansson (1-1 UFC)

In all honesty I am pretty surprised Theodorou (+105) is the dog in this one ... I would have figured him to be around -125 or so. I think the combination of the nice price along with fighting in Canada sets up a decent play on the Greek model Sunday night.

Small plays just to have some action and make fight more exciting ... Not going to overthink this one.

Derrick Lewis (-120)

Derrick Lewis wins by TKO/KO (+116)

The Black Beast is a wrecking machine ... one of the scariest guys at heavyweight, and possibly in the entire UFC. 15 of his 17 wins have been by KO ... Browne has lost 3 of last 4 getting KO'd twice. Someone is likely going to sleep tonight ... hopefully Lewis finds Hapa's chin before getting dragged to the ground.

Lombard is always yoked ... downside is physiques like that in the fight game drain gas tanks fast.

Really looking forward to that fight. I have no action but I am definitely pulling for Hendricks. A poor showing tonight almost guarantees his release.

Lol at judges giving that fight to Marcos ... I had her winning only 1 round

On the other hand Esparza is a bum. Just shows how bad women's MMA is ... #3 fighter in the division (-260) gets beat by a joker who is now 3-3 in the UFC
